TopDignity international limited was incorporated with the corporate affairs commission in 2009, began its operations in 2010 mainly to provide OOH advertising solutions to various clients and advertising agencies. TopDiginity is a registered member of the Lagos state Signage and Advertisement Agency and kicked-off its operations in 2011.
